Warehou
Warehou is a family of fish that are easy to cook, cheap to buy, and high in Omega-3 acids. They often go by other names - trevally, snotties, spotties, snotgall - but at Kyeema they are always labelled as warehou. Most common is the silver warehou, recognisable by the dark spots along its sides.
